Hello, My name is Bonnie. I live in Virginia. I just received my tentative surgery date of November 12th. I am nervous and excited at the same time. I have been overweight my whole life and I am hoping this will be the start of a new life for me. Any ideas and helpful hints will be greatful!

That's my date as well... Pending I lose the 8 pd goal.... Soooooo nervous that I won't lose the 8. Currently I am going to the gym 6 days a week- 1hour per day... And my diet is 1,200 calories...

2 weeks before my calories will drop to 800 calories!

Dr. Robert Chestanet at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. I am nervous but I know my life will be better after the surgery.

Nerves are normal but I can say my life is so much better now. I can see a brighter future for not only myself but my whole family.

It is amazing what a change in just 3.5 months.
