So many different opinions....one doc says use Bari essentials....haven't tasted yet....but found Chile on forum and ordered and yummy, but 7g sugar instead of 4g lol.....opinions...I don't like vanilla or chocolate or the chalky taste, optimist was nasty 8 yes ago.. I would puke from smell. Lol....thx for feedback
