Wow!! What a beautiful transformation!! Congrats on your wonderful success!!!

A personal question did you get alot of loose skin. My highest weight was 200 and im getting scared that i will have alot of loose skin. I dont think i can go through another surgery like a tummy tuck.

A little lose skin on my arms and on my belly, but I am only just under 3 months post op (will be 3 months on the 18th) my stomach already was in bad shape from 3 pregnancies and all my excess weight...so I will almost certainly need skin removal there once I meet goal, just because there is not good skin there to elasticize.

Thanks fireball! I walk the track with my friend while my son has football practice 3 nights a week' date=' and go to the gym and ride a bike 5 miles 2 other nights a week. I usually only walk 1.5 - 2 miles.

Before I go into my meals, my surgeon is very lenient. I do not count carbs or fat. I try to get Protein first but if I want a bite or two of a potato...well then that is what I do. Everything in moderation for me. This is not a diet as far as I am concerned. It is about a new, healthier me.

Normal day

B- One egg with a thin slice of some kind of white lower fat cheese

L- 8 or so turkey pepperoni a couple squares of some kind of fruit and 3 or 4 baby carrots.

S- Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of granola for crunch.

D- usually chicken, fish or Laura's lean beef incorporated into something. As a side I usually have a bite or two of cottage cheese, a few bites of salad or a veggie.

I drink one Powerade zero (32 oz), a 6 oz glass of skim milk, a 24 oz bottle of Water and a real caffeinated coffee with bad for you creamer but no extra sugar.

Lastly, my hubby wakes up at 3:00am for work and I get up and drink 1/2 of a premier Protein shake. I do this for 15 extra grams of protein and because any shake makes my stomach hurt. Doing it this way, I am fast asleep again and don't notice the rumbles.[/quote']

Great!!! You are an inspiration!! I'm the same starting weight as you and you give me courage to keep up the work for amazing results like yours.

Excellent -you got this

You look fantastic wow !!! I go see a surgeon at NYU next week for a consult and I'm not sure if I should do the Lap band or the Sleeve but seeing your results makes me think I should do the sleeve :)
