Propel Zero + Bullet

My surgery is 4 weeks away and I am trying to find Protein that I like. Propel Zero Sport (1 liter bottle at Walmart) with 1 whey protein bullet (42 gram ones at Walmart) is so good! I used the grape protein in grape Propel and fruit punch bullet in the berry propel. I have not tried any Isopure or the other clear Proteins so I don't have anything to compare. Hope this helps!!

I've read that the bullets often have an unusable form of Protein so you many want to investigate that. I like the Isopure Zero Carb but it's a bit pricey. I've found a couple of others at the Vitamin Shoppe that I like - Protein Blitz and Cytosport Whey Isolate Protein RTD. You might try those too.

Good luck!

I was also told the bullets would not work for us. Anything with collagen or gelatin wasn't good protein. Even though it says whey protein on it it's still no good.

Yeah just read another post about the "whey shots". I just assumed it was all whey protein. Bastards! Will have to try the Isopure RTD and powders.

Just ordered the "Yes Whey" shots in orange, grape and fruit punch. Will experiment with the propel zero and others and will post my review!!! Thanks to everyone on this site, it has been a great source of encouragement and information!
