Will I Get Approved

I Am 25 with 4 kids I am 223 pounds and 5ft 3 in . I have heathpartners and they require 6 visits with the NUT and also some test I have done all the test and my 5th visit is on nov 2.... I already paid the $350 for the class that you do before surgery day... What do you all think?
