Alcohol?

So, I'm 9 weeks post op 75 pounds down! YA!! ;) Well I'm going on a cruise next month. I'd like to have some drinks. Wine and Margaritas. Just wondering if that's okay.

Does anyone have an experience drinking alcohol post op?? Advise Please....

    I had a beer around 12 weeks. The carbonation wasn't horrible..but it was uncomfortable. I now drink wine and it goes down just fine. Although...half a bottle gets me feeling pretty tipsy. lol.
