1199 (Nj/ny)

I'm under my mothers insurance (1199) and we're in the beginning stages right now consulting doctors and such. I tried making an appointment with Dr.Goyal of NJ Bariatric Center in Hoboken, but they're waiting to see if my insurance covers everything. Does anyone know how long it may take to find out? Or should I just keep calling and be on their ass about it? Sometimes I feel like that's the only way to get things done.
