I'm starting tomorrow despite my doc only requiring the 48 hours. Oh boy- need positive vibes because I can talk myself out of just about anything unless a doctor tells me I "have to" do something. When that happens I don't ever stray.

Made it through day one. It's not bad. Funny thing today when I was getting something in my purse at work and there were two olive garden mints iny purse..... Automatically unwrapped one and threw it in my mouth, chewed twice and had this "oh no!" feeling and quickly spit it out. Needless to say I threw the other one out too. . Hahaha- needless to say this may just be a very long 7 days
