Water before eating??

Hi All,

Sometimes it is just so convenient to drink water before eating so as to avoid drinking afterwards. Is there a problem with drinking before eating? If so, how long should I wait after drinking before I eat? Thanks.

    Sultana, there's no problem with drinking before eating. If you don't wait more than a few minutes you may not want to eat, but that's all to the good, right?
