Just wondering if there was anyone from Sydney on this site. Where you had or are having your surgery and how you went with it all.

Hi Aussie Esta, go to thread called Attention Aussie Sleevers. Lots of Australians from all over. I am in Brisbane but there are people there from Sysney too. Look forward to chatting with you.

Hi there. I'm from Sydney and got sleeved on the 1st of July at St. George Private by Dr. Ken Loi. I am looking for fellow support sleevers as well.

Hi there,

Hi Everyone! My name is Mel, I had VSG in November 2013 and am almost at my goal weight of 65kgs, which will be a total of 40kgs lost :)

I had my surgery with Dr Candice Silverman in Coolangatta and she was fantastic!

I have a YouTube VLOG about my VSG journey, my channel is LittleAussieMel. I am also organising a huge VSG Meet and Greet event in Sydney on 10th October 2014. It will be a great night to meet other people celebrating their new lives post WLS.

The website for the event is http://www.wondersleevesdownunder.com It is FREE to attend the land portion, or there is also an optional harbour cruise that you can buy tickets for.

Check it out, there are people attending from all over Australia and New Zealand.

:)
