Do I Need a Fill?

I am about 8 weeks out and have lost 39 lbs without a fill. I have noticed in the past few days that I can hold more and eat just about any kind of food that I want. I am enjoying having a variety of food to enjoy, but my husband is afraid that I am going to over-do-it and gain my weight back. He wants me to get a fill, but I don't want to ruin a good thing...but at the same time, I don't want to gain my weight back either. I am still losing weight each week, so I don't know what I should do. Anyone have any advice for me???

If you feel like you can eat more, maybe you should talk with your doctor and see what he thinks. If your still loosing he might not think you need a fill. Congrats on the 39 you have lost... great job!!

If you are still losing each week then you do not need a fill and MOST if not ALL doctors will not even think opf giving you a fill if you are losing every week. Dont rush it if you are still losing then , fills are for when the losing stops for 3 consecutive weeks or longer while following the rules. Just because we can eat more does not mean we should, this is exactly the point where you need to work with your band and not give into head hunger. Ask yourself are you truly hungry or do you just think you are hungry. Head and band have to work together to make it work.
