Exercise at 2 weeks post op

What kind of exercising should I being doing? I am 2 weeks post op and would like to get started.

Hi Ginger... Walking is the best exercise at this stage. :welldoneclap: You may want to call your surgeon's office for more specific instructions for when they would recommend adding other types of activity. Congratulations on being banded!

Walking is the best. I did start up with curves at my pace at 2 weeks. But like Darcy said check with your dr.
