Post Surgery Antibiotics ?

Hello,

I'm new here. I had the sleeve on July 5th. I was out of the hospital in two days. Shortly thereafter, I got a fungus infection in my mouth and on tongue.

I ended up going to Urgent Care to get treatment. I was then giving a prescription for post-op fungal infection.

I was not given antibiotics upon leaving the hospital. I cannot find out what is proper. The hospital will not answer my queries.

Are there any laws in Nevada to require post-op surgery patients to get antibiotics? What is proper.
