I was reading a an email yesterday where one member posted some really awesome cauliflower recipes. If it was you, please repost -- I have been searching all day for your last post and I can't find it!

If anyone else has some recipes please post -- I know that the cauliflower dishes really help keep the "HUNGRY GREMLINS" away!

Thanks for the recipe, but no it wasn't the one! This member talked about making "Cauliflower Rice" and then posted several recipes using the "rice". I can't believe that I didn't write them down. Oh Well, I will keep looking. Thanks so much for giving me this recipe!

That was me but Fannincr beat me to it lol. Hope you enjoy them the cauliflower rice was surprisingly good and I actually don't miss rice very much since I discovered this
