Right Side Pain

I had to drink a bottle of magnesium citrate at 4 this afternoon. I have surgery tomorrow morning. After I took the gross stuff, I noticed I started to get a pain on the right side and like right by my ribs. Last year I had a ct scan done and my doc said I had some gallstones but they weren't bothersome so nothing was done. Could this pain be from my gallbladder?
