I am unable to access the "My Settings" from the drop-down menu in the top right corner. The wheels just keep spinning on my browser but nothing ever comes up

I believe that is the menu I need to access in order to change my notification preferences, correct? Is there another shortcut to this menu? (I'm trying to change the email notifications settings, btw.)

This certainly sounds like a problem with your browser OR your computer. Can you please let me know what operating system, browser and browser version you're using??

OS: Windows 7

Browser(s): Have tried from both IE9 and Chrome

Oh, and I've also tried from a completely different computer running Windows XP using the same browsers!

p.s. I also can't access these menu options:

1. Manage Ignore Preferences
   
2. My Patient Profile
