Did Not Recognise Myself - Mindblowing Nsv

I took this picture about a week ago, and forgot about it as I was immediately distracted. I was looking through my phone and I did not recognize myself...this is kinda freaking me out...I have went from "I can't be that big" to "There is something wrong, it's elongated"...but its not. Its me...
