Hi,

Have you ever had general anesthesia before? That, in itself, can cause depression. You have undergone major surgery and that is hard on you! All this different eating can be stressful and affect your mood. Lastly, if this isn't going as well as you hoped it would,UFOu may be feeling let down. If there was a big financial hit that your family took for you, bring on he guilt!

I am only on week 4, but was verrrry down for a couple of weeks. Do talk to your dr., tho. He/she may have some suggestions.

((Hugs)) Don't worry, from what I understand this is pretty normal. My emotions have been all over the place as well, but luckily not to drastically. More like PMS all the time. If it is getting to a point where it is overwhelming you, please get some help! Find someone to talk to or ask your doctor for some help. Part of the crazy emotions supposedly comes from all of the estrogen that is released when the fat is burned. Plus the psychological changes we are making on top of the physical ones. It is a crazy journey!

Please keep us informed and I hope you feel better soon!
