Someone told me today ...

( since I work out everyday)

That I shouldn't work out on my arms until I loose the weight ..cause supposedly ill gain muscle as big as my ARM ..and it will stay like that .(big .lol ) ..

Is that true ..

Nope, not true at all. I've been working out with weights for my arms and I'm just now getting definition and visible muscle. I do NOT have big arms. Look at Miss Diva's arms in her pics. They look fantastic, not all bodybuilder-y. :)
