What Questions Should I Ask My Surgeon?

I am going to my second weigh in with my pcp, then having my surgeons consult at the end of the month. I feel kind of rushed now because I thought I had to do six months but Cigna recently changed to 3 months, yay! Next month I will close out with last weigh in, psych eval, and nutrition assessment. What questions did you ask, forget to ask, or wish you had discussed with your surgeon?
