Question

Hi all, I do have a question about my burn calories and calories intake... Ok my question is: I do use an app to track my calories so lets say that I ate 800 cals and then went to the gym and burned 400 so, the program says 400 cals left, do that means that I do have to eat those 400 left???? Excuse my English.

Thanks ????

You do not have to eat the calories you burn.

That's one thing I hate about MyFitnessPal because it doesn't give you the option & just adds in exercise calories. I normally do not eat them, but sometimes I will eat some, like if I burn 400 I might eat 50 into that or something. If you eat all your exercise calories you're kind of defeating the purpose of the exercise because you're decreasing your overall deficit between what you burn just living & what you're consuming.
