my name is andree and i need help I'm sick and tire of been over wait so is this surgery the best way to have a normal life???? i don't know anyone who as it done can you guys talk to me about it i live up in the Yukon so i would like to go to Vancouver or Alberta to get it done where would be the best place and the cheapes i was looking in Toronto and its $15000 can i find a better price??? and how long are the waiting list???

Hi Andree and congratulations on your decision. There are two drs in the Vancouver area who do banding and and I believe the price is more like $13,500. They are:

Dr Leung in Surrey (I think it may be Richmond)

Dr Woodhead in Ladner

I had my surgery in Mexico and Dr Woodhead is doing my fills. That was absolutely the cheapest option for me but as you will read on this forum the price isn't the only thing to consider. Please feel free to PM me with any questions.
