easy lite calzone

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pita
  • low fat riccotta
  • tomato sauce

Slice a pocket in the side of the pita. Smear the ricotta inside with a knife. Place it on a pan in the toaster oven and toast. While toasting, place a small amount of tomato sauce in the microwave. When the pita appears toasted, plate it and and pour the sauce on top. If your stomach can tolerate the crunchy toasted pita, you'll find this is really delicious. You can doctor it up to your liking (some add-in options: mozzerella, pepperoni, spinach).

Hi everyone, i was banded Sept 7 and just wondering what everyone ate during their pureed diet/minced stage? Not interersted in knowing about the creamy stuff (cottage cheese or yogurt again LOL) Would like to know if this stage I could start intro of regular foods, salads or steak if minced finely. Thanks Everyone
