looking for a workout buddy

:help:

I live in Sussex County and am looking for someone to go to the gym or the YMCA with. I currently am not a member of the 'Y' or any gym, but would like to be.

Thank you!

I have my first consult with dr. abkin tomorrow I hope he good and easy to talk to. I saw on here that you had your first fill almost a year later. Is that normal. God I hope so. Am a little worried about the needle thing. Would love here how things went for. I too am from Sussex County and am eagerly awaiting my surgery.

i think that having your first fill almost a year after your banding is NOT the norm. The needle thing is no big deal, believe me...good luck with your consult with dr. abkin... you will like him. he is better than his associate dr. bertha. you can contact me off this site if you want to @lchilenski@hotmail.com

researching situations such as yours. i have many hours of recorded facts and testimonials. it would benefit the project to have as much feedback you can provide before my findings are submitted for publication.
