Optifast And Antibiotis Do Not Mix

Hello all I started my Optifast today along with antibiotics for a ear infection not a good mixture !

I had the worst dizziness and felt so weak called my surgeon and her said I could eat small amounts of fruit and salad and hard boiled eggs

Thank GOD :-) Otherwise I would have died today

I have been working out at the gym join Gold's Gym :-) can not wait til June 4
