And So It Begins...

I am on day 1 of my two week pre op diet. So far so good it takes me a while to eat my protein bar so that kinda helps with the head hunger. Protein shakes I found to be delicious. Premium protein from sams chocolate flavor. I also have the nectar sample pack so I can change it up a bit. I have gained weight since my consultation so I'm doing all that I can to get it off. Any ways here I go!!! June 5 th baby!!!! Oh also a bit nervous about the surgery. It's funny if I was going in for my ankle surgery I don't think I would be so worried, but I am about this one is it because it's an elective surgery. I just want to be here for my 2 beautiful girls.

2 weeks

Good luck! My pre-op diet was about 650 calories for 2 weeks. It was hard, but I survived & lost 12.6 lbs!!

I'm now a week out from surgery & have lost 7.4 lbs in 8 days! I couldn't be happier with my decision. It is an elective procedure, but it is helping me get healthy so I can be here for years and years and years to come for my children!

Hang in there! Good luck on the pre-op diet!!
