Syntrax Nectar

I have a pound container of Syntrax nectar. Any suggestions of the best way to eat it? I tried it in broth (pre-op) and it got kinda foamy, but it was tolerable. I tried it in some diet juice but it seemed to make the juice really sweet & I couldn't finish drinking it.

Any suggestions?

I love the Syntrax nectar drinks, especially the lemonade, lemon tea and cappucino flavors. But then again, I don't like most others because they're all vanilla and chocolate (yuk). I use unflavored

I've never tried the unflavored nectar. I would probably use it for baking, or mix with a flavored protein, or stirred into something that has a lot of its own flavor like jello or sonething. The suggestion to use it in popsicles is good - SF koolaid makes a good popsicle base. Unflavored definitely doesn't mean flavorless, but it can be tedious to find something that the flavor (of the unflavored protein) pairs with. You could also use it in ice cream. There's not much, I don't think, that a few heaping tbls of PB2 can't mask effectively. :)

Ooh I have some PB2! Haven't tried it yet, but I will soon. Thx for the suggestion!

I bought sample packs as well. Only tried the Caribbean cooler flavor. I've never actually drank pee, but I'm almost positive it tastes like that. :/

My favorites are Roadside Lemonade, Lemon Tea, Cappuccino, and Pink Grapefruit. Amazon has really good prices on the 2lb tubs.
