Easy Cheeze

Found easy cheese and found that it doesn't make me sick! Having trouble with getting in protein. What do you think ?

That may be a bit high on calories (not to mention sodium) I can't "see" the label from this PC...what are serving size/calories/sodium?

Are you talking about the spray stuff in a can? If so, read the ingredients list! Yuck. I eat a lot of mini babybel cheese and cheese sticks, but that canned stuff doesn't even taste like cheese to me. If it's something else, please let me know. I'm always looking for a good source of protein, especially if it has calcium in it since I can't drink milk right now.

Wow, take a look at the saturated fat and sodium in that ... not good.

We have to make better decisions with our food choices now. Pre-op, I would have been all over that, but now ...

Ooooopppps. Forgot protein. 4g. I have tried laughing cow and love it but sick of it. Only getting 25-30g of protein a day. Shakes make me sick now. Tried tuna. And tasted awesome but didn't sit well. I'm worried I'm malnurished
