After 3 years in and out of the process my sleeve surgery is a week from today. I have lost 44 pounds in the past 6 mos. (Needed to prove to me that I could stick to a food plan for more than 1 - 2 mos. as I was terrified of failing at this. I've been on pre-op diet for one week and have lost 4 more pounds. I am having a wild range of feelings, from excited, nervous, happy, scared. confidant but mostly relieved this is finally going to happen. I have been enjoyi.g readi.g in the forums and have learned alot and had many of my questions answered. Thank you all. You've helped me more than you know. I can do this with support from my family and friends and all of you, my new friends.

Good luck! I am having my surgery 5/15 and I am nervous, excited, anxious also! I have never had any surgery before so I think a lot of my nerves is the anesthesia... Have you had anesthesia before?
