Psych names VA/MD

I need the names of Dr's people in VA & MD used for their psych consult. None on the list my surgeon gave me participate in my insurance, and random calls to other Psychiatrists are not proving successful in finding one that does WLS evals. I just need names and cities, so I can check them against my insurance list.
