Online Tracking Tools

I'm a month out from surgery and wanted to get feedback on what online tracking tools folks like. I see references to Myfitnesspal, but are there others that work well. I don't want anything too complex and I don't use a smart phone, so no need for apps. I'm looking for the basic counter mainly for Protein and carbs.

Thanks for your suggestions.

I've used loseit.com as well. It's very similar to MFP

I see your reference to MyFitnessPal, but as an added plus to why I like that SO much is most every food I eat is already there. Their library of foods is very comprehensive! For me, that makes it so easy!
