Visit With My Surgeon!

So I had a visit with my surgeon yesterday, I thought he was going to be really disappointed in because I have been disappointed with myself. I have had very slow weight and I thought he would have wanted to see more also. So I said to him wht can I do to speed up my weight loss because it is coming off so slow. he says" well you didn't have gastric bypass how quick do you think it should come off" that made me feel better. Then he says to me tell me when is the last time you've lost 48 pounds in 12 weeks. I told him well since you put it like that I guess I'm doing just fine..... All labs were good except my B1 level was low, so another vitamin that I have to take now. I'm feeling better about my progress now!!!!!!!!!

Are you kidding? That is a lot of weight to lose in that amount of time. It will start to slow so dont be alarmed. The slower you lose , the less saggy skin! Keep up the fantastic work...rockin that sleeve you are! ^_^
