Mushy Food Help... Picky Eater!

So I'm at the stage of mushy foods, and am finding a hard time finding food I'll eat. Unfortunately, I'm a pretty picky eater and per the list the surgeon gave me, I don't enjoy many of the foods including:

Green beans

Zucchini

Carrots (cooked)

Sqush

Beets

Yams/Sweet Potatoes

Does anyone have good, healthy ideas for some veggies I would be able to make that allow me to enhance my very DULL diet of mashed potatoes, soup, and tuna?

Additionally, I don't eat the prtoien shakes, per my dietician, as they make me ill.. so I've been getting my protien via milk...

I'd love any help as I'm very new to WLS, and want to start off right!

What about pumpkin! I used the canned & added vanilla protien powder, cinnamon, & cool whip. It is good.
