Almost There

I haven't been around much I know. I have been trying to get to goal. Since I have started to measure my meals and fluids again I have dropped three pounds this week. I did forget just how important this was for me. I also lowered my carb intake to twenty upped the protein to just under 90. That and doing more weights. So just eight more to go!!! I am so excited!! I have an appointment with the surgeon for my one year on April 9th. I hope I will be close to goal! :) Going back to basics wasn't so bad. Hope everyone has a stellar weekend!! :)
