Self Pay-Vsg-In The Us

I'm looking for some good surgeons in the US who offer a reasonable self-pay option. Mexico is not an option. I have found a few out there that seem to have a good following. Just looking for any help. I prefer to have a Dr. on the East Coast since I'm in PA. Thanks

My surgeon is awesome and has one of the lowest leak rates I found. He has a .01% leak rate where the national average is 1%. He name is Dr. David Kim in Colleyville, Texas. His rate is $12,300 and I was self pay also, but I did not care how much it cost. I wanted the best. So... there's one for ya.
