Post Op Almost On My 3Rd Week

Hey guess I'm Dee.. I had my surgery on March 12th... as of today all I've been eating is soups (liquids only ofcourse) sugar free popsicles jello and frozen yogurt, mashed potatoes ... I was told I can have egg salad tuna salad chili .. I can no longer stand the smell of eggs or tuna ( which both used to be my favorite) I'm craving everything but don't fall into temptation ... I need more variety or I'm gonna go nuts!! Any suggestions????

I was sleeved march 12 as well. I am moving up to the "mushy, pureed" stage of food and I am allowed to have refried beans (fat free). I dont know if that will help you or not but I plan on trying some refried beans with a little low fat cheese and low fat sour cream (just a dab).

Yes I tried it yesterday .. they were ok on my tummy ... I'm surprised to hear a lot of people are just moving to pureed wen I was moved to them right away

I am the same way. I go back and forth between being happy i did this and depressed i did this. I am going to have steak this week (in pureed form). My diet plan says i can puree my own meaf or eat baby food which i dont think i could stomach.

How MUCH at one time are you guys getting in? I am seriously thinking I am abnormal!!!

I just started my third week and im on mushy food... I can eat between 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of food....i know on my sample diet it tells me to eat six ounces of yogurt and i did that today but it took me an hour to eat it. How much can you eat sleeverella?
