Aflac Anyone?

Hi Sleevers!

I was wondering if anyone has used Aflac.

If so, how long did your claim take and if you don't mind sharing, how much!!

I have had my Hospital Indemnity Policy since 2003, time to get the duck to help me out, Ha

I also habe the Short Term Disability since 2008.

    I'm an Aflac agent and used my hospital plan and my sickness plan. Just file your clam normally with a filled claim form with a discharge summary. Claim paid in five days!
