1St Nut Appt.

After the longest 30 days in my history, I saw the Medical Dr. and the Nutritionist today. Both visits went well.

I was so prepared for the NUT because most of the information I already knew or learned from here. One thing that I know I won't be doing and that is because I learned it here...Protein Shots. LOL I have to remember to tell her the reason why.

Learning from other's experience here, YouTube and OH (which I seldom visit), adds to the education one will receive. I'm greatful for the 6mos that I will have to go through. It's one day at time anyway. Now I believe that time will pass quickly and say I'm at the final stage.

She also offered a website some of you may or may not be interested in. This is especially for Pre-Oper's who may have a 3 or 6 mo. medically supervised diet. The website show pic of lunch ideas. I thought it was cute and worth sharing.

Here's the site: http://easylunchboxes.smugmug.com

Until next time...

Lyn
