For general PS (Plastic Surgery):

I always recommend the MSN Plastic Surgery Experience Groups (there are a couple - all good ones.)

Now, you have to join (and agree to the terms of service, and not to be offended) but those members share pictures, experiences, answer questions and really inspire me.

For specialty surgery (ono various body parts):

Plus there are specialty boards out there depending on what part you are interested in getting surgery on. There are all sorts of boards from Boob Lift boards to Abdominoplasty boards. Just remember, don't be a lurker. Jump in and share!

Post your pictures too.

It was hard for me at first because I thought my body was the World's Worst. But some weeks, 680 people view my photos and I know they are only referred by medical/plastic surgery sites.

Good Luck!
