Hello, I am working on setting up for GastricSleeve surgery. I was just wondering if I will still be albe to ride my bike after the surgery?

not the day after, but yes, biking is great exercise

I have been wanting to do spinning class so bad at the gym but my dr wants me to stick with the treadmill for 6 weeks and increase my speed and time each day... I have used the elliptical a few times this week and can only do about 10 mins before I feel crampy. Before surgery I could do about 45 mins on the elliptical!
