If you like dance/club music, there's a podcast called Podrunner that's been around for years -- they have free mixes put together by a DJ and they are timed to a specific BPM: http://www.djsteveboy.com/podrunner.html

They are MP3 files so any audio player can play them. Also there's a free Podrunner app in the iTunes store.

Me too! My iPod is my workout buddy for sure. I can just plug her into my ears and an hour will go by without even thinking about it. My favorite genre is definitely anything 80's. :)

Oh my, I'm all over the place in terms of music.......I listen to the Beatles, Sublime, Rage Against the Machine, Rod Stewart, The Pretenders, Social Distortion etc etc

And yes, it makes my workouts fly by!! :)

I'm loving Teeth by Lady Gaga these days! :)

"Fighter" by Christina Aguilera

"Since U Been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson

"La La" by Ashley Simpson

I have a long list of workout songs but this will get you started.

Yeah, it's "chicky" music, but it gets you going super quick.

I LOVE working out to Pink....once I get earbuds in and start running her music just really pumps me up!
