Surgeon in Houston

Hello guys, I am new to this site. I am thinking about getting the sleeve. I have insurance but I have a $5000 ded that has to be paid before I have the surgery. I am looking for a doctor that will do in-house finance because I don't have good credit and I don't have a cosigner to go with a third party lender. Does anyone know of a doctor that will do the in-house finance for me for the $5000 ded.
