for the wedding i registered for a medicine ball. well no one thought it was a good gift so i bought it for myself! we have really been getting a good different workout from it! we through the 12 lb ball back and forth for 15-20 minutes then we do various exercises using the ball. i am gonna do a search and see what kind of medicine ball exercises i can find! i am glad we bought it i can see its gonna get a LOT of use!

I'd like one too. One of my favourite ab exercises is to hold a medicine ball in front of you, sit with your feet hooked under something and twist side to side, putting the ball to the floor each side.

I can try and burn you ladys a cd from go fit stability ball On CORE PERFORMANCE LOT'S of great exercise, no money needed!

sounds awesome! BUT before you go through the trouble i want to make sure its for a 12 lb medicine ball (looks like basketball) the term 'stability ball makes me think of one of those LARGE blow up balls which i do not have one of!

thanks!
