Here I Go Again...

I have another appt on next week, 9/29/11. dry.gif I have to see the NP. He's going to basically see if I am progressing with losing the 20lbs required for surgery. I have been eating right (small breakfast, decent lunch, and a protein shake for dinner). My daily calorie intake is 1200 or less. I have lost a few inches (yay for my hips), and a few lbs.

My next appt w/ the surgeon is 10/27/11, and hopefully, I will be 20+lbs lighter! :D
