12 hours till my banding

Hey Everyone,

I have about 12 hours till my surgery. I have been pretty calm about it all week but now I am starting to feel it.

I would not say I am feeing fear, it's more nerves then anything else.

Good luck you will do GREAT!!!!!! Keep us posted on your recovery! You will be in my thoughts tomorrow...

It is very normal to feel the way you do. When you arrive at the hospital, why don't you let the nursing staff know that you are a bit anxious. Perhaps they could get a mild sedative for you - it should help you get past the worst -- before you know it, it will be all done. Best of luck to you tomorrow, my prayers go with you.

Being nervous is normal. The time flies so fast once you get to the hospital, at least it did for me, and before you know it you'll be in recovery. :biggrin1:

GOOD LUCK! I'm excited for you!!! :clap2:

That's so true...it will be over before you know it  I couldn't believe I was already waking up in recovery when it seemed I had just rolled in to pre-op. Keep us posted :) Good luck!

Once you get there everything happens so fast. Once I got to the hospital within one hour I was in surgery. You'll do great. Let us know how everything goes.
