Worrying about finding ok protein supplement

Okay. Starting to get worried about finding a Protein Drink I can handle. Thought the Isopure Protein Water was going to be the solution, but I tried it today (grape) and it's not going to happen.

I'm getting sleeved in Mexico next week so want to be all set before then. Any recommendations? Also, should I be concerned with constipation while on the liquid diet? I've used Miralax successfully in the past, so will plan to do that again if necessary.

Please help w/protein problem (what worked for you, where did you get it)!!!

Thanks,

Karen

You can try the nectar line, it's at super supplements. I don't like the clear ones though. So I use the syntrax nectar sweets, vanilla bean torte flavor. That one's the best!:D

i love unjury classic chocolate and their vanilla is good too! i personaly don't like their chicken soup or strawberry sorbet flavors, but that's just me. or, and the unflacvored is handy, too- you can add it to anything under 130 degrees (or it clumps). hope this helps! i get it directly from unjury online.

I had my surgery at OCC in Tijuana & I order the Enspira Protein Shakes from their web site, I also got a double chocolate thru Amazon. Com Whey Protein is what is recommended. Good luck!
