Fatigue?

Have any of you experienced post-op fatigue?

I'm almost 6 weeks post-op, am eating by the rules, and am doing 30 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week. I thought I slept well last night, but this morning I am dragging in the worst way! I can barely keep my eyes open! Otherwise, I feel fine.

I'm averaging 70 grams of protein daily, and I my multi-vitamin has 100% USDA for B-12.

You're still pretty new post-op. Could it be that you may be dealing with a bit of post-op depression?

I truly hope you'll bounce back soon. Sounds like you're doing all the right things! Keep your chin up and if you see that this continues, I'd definitely talk to my doctor. :) Feel better..

Slow down. Take a day off of the cardio. Go to bed an hour earlier for a few days. Eat a bowl of ice cream. Take a nap Saturday and Sunday. That's what I'd do. :)
