First Follow-up Update

First follow-up earlier today.

Doing just fine. Down 7.6 kg (16.72 lb) in 11 days. Practically no nausea. Slight residual discomfort around one incision only. Back to work. No hunger.

Switched to semi-solids today :D

Was apprehensive about staple removals - did not even feel 12 of the 14 - just heard the clicks - slight tug (not unpleasant) on two. Quite a relief! :rolleyes:
