A Very Useful Tool !!

www.myfitnesspal.com is an awesome website to check out. It's a free way to track your food, exercise, and weight loss and you can do it with friends! I love the database of foods, it's HUGE! Brand names, store names, restaurant items...absolutely every food is in their database and when you record your food for each meal it shows calories, carbs, fat, and PROTEIN! I learned that I'm getting a lot more protein than I thought, and also that I'm eating too many carbs. It's right in front of you to see. Today I tweaked my snacks and ate 46 fewer carbs!

Very fun and helpful!!

I love it, too. They have an app for my phone, so I can add things as I go, or sit down at the computer later to add my food.
