Friends, I am shattered. I entered into OT with a hope that I will lose quiet some weight with VSG. But 10 weeks out, I'm STALLED. I lost quite some weight in initial two weeks (26 lbs), but after that - it just seems to have all ended. Just 2 lb loss in the last two months (8 wks), and that too is supposedly the Water loss/gain as it keeps fluctuating!!
Help me with ideas to move on from here!!! I'm feeling so frustrated that sometimes can't even sleep due to this stress. I have not been walking/exercising, but have started that too in a hope that it'd work some wonder, but have been useless as of now. My diet is fully regime driven, with no extra carbs or fats and I'm ensuring 70-80 gm Protein with high protein foods and isowhey shakes. Water too does not seem an issue as almost every time, the urine is colorless.
Have I failed? Am I doing something wrong/less/more? Where's the catch? I'm sure some of the esteemed members and most veterans have been through this. I request ideas and solace to make the stall a thing of past.
Please help me!!!
